Currently, Josh Ebbing is the Principal Broker and Amber Davis is the Management Level Realtor. The purpose of founding our own firm was to provide real estate services with the utmost integrity. Our focus is on providing each of our clients with the best possible service. Josh is a Real Estate Agent and Broker with Red Oak Realty. He co-founded Red Oak Realty in 2021. He is graduate of Ohio Northern University and obtained his Real Estate Sales and Broker Education from Hondros College of Business. Josh is a native of Celina, OH, but now lives in Van Wert with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, golf, and tennis.
Josh’s interest in real estate comes from his background in residential remodeling. In recent years, he has built his own home in Van Wert, purchased several investment properties, and also began development of multi-family properties.

Representing buyers and sellers in Northwest Ohio, Amber has spent her entire life in rural Van Wert county. With a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, she has worked in other professional environments bringing a diverse professional history to the Brokerage. She has experience in leadership, business, advertising and networking from previous positions.
Amber launched her Real Estate career in late 2016 and has achieved The President’s sales club in 2018, 2019, 2020. Amber is focused on being attentive to her clients needs, working with them to achieve their goals and always putting relationships over paychecks. Many client reviews state “we wondered if she ever sleeps!”.
She is deeply rooted in this community and takes great pride in being part owner in this Brokerage. Her roots run deep and that allows her to have a vast amount of contacts. Amber brings land, commercial, residential home and high end home sales experience to the Brokerage.
She is the Mom of 4, farm wife (yes she even drives tractor from time to time) and cancer survivor. In her free time she loves spending time traveling!
Justin Feltz

Justin Feltz received his Real Estate Sales Education from Hondros College of Business. He is also a graduate from Wright State University Branch Campus with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership.
He is also currently employed as a Buyer/ Planner with Crown in New Bremen, Ohio.
Justin is born, raised, and currently resides in Coldwater with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his dog Duke who is also named after his favorite sports team.

Tammy Reynolds is a graduate of Van Wert High School, The Ohio State Beauty Academy, and Hondros College. She is excited to start her new real estate career while continuing to own her own cosmetology business. Tammy has been in customer service and cosmology for over 35 years.
Tammy currently lives in Van Wert County with her husband and 3 dogs. She has 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren who she loves to spoil.
